Welcome! So glad you're here. If you're new to FandomBounding it's basically a casual cosplay you can wear in everyday life. FandomBounding is much like DisneyBounding, when people casually dress like their favorite Disney character while headed to Disneyland, except it's all fandoms anywhere at any time! I'm Olivia and I'm married to the Cosplayer known as Cosplay Apprentice (check him out on YouTube) but his real name is Skyler and I'm super in love with him. Together we decided we wanted to cosplay more so we deemed every Friday FandomBound Friday. Please join us! 

The Friday Sky wore this  Kylo Ren FandomBound to work people (who had no idea he was FandomBounding) kept complimenting his outfit. He would say thanks and smile like there was some sort of inside joke he had going on with himself. And this is a sneaky thing that's cool about FandomBounding-- it forces (force...see what I did there?) you to curate your own look. Most people, myself included, wake up and throw something on without much thought but, when you are basing a look off a character it's amazing how, with just a bit of preparation, a whole well-thought-out outfit comes together and tells a story. In this case, the look is a chic, slightly hipster Kylo Ren including a black V-neck T-shirt, black cardigan, a First Order pin, black skinny jeans, red dress socks, black shoes, and a shiny water bottle to wield into battle. 

Sky owns this same Paul Jones cardigan and loves it. Everything else he just pulled from his closet and then we found something similar online so you could shop the same look. We've also had wonderful luck from the Amazon Essentials line (where the linked pants and V-neck are from) because they have a great range of sizes that other brands have lacked in the past. We used to spend hours looking for pants that would fit Skyler--he has freakishly long legs (sorry honey, you do) and nothing would fit right. When we shop, which is not often, I prefer it be quick and from the comfort of my home than sitting in a poorly lit, uncomfortable dressing room while Sky tries on the whole store. Yeah, we're big fans of the Amazon Essentials line and Amazon in general.
